Thomas Jefferson's Monticello

Home of Thomas Jefferson.
Jefferson served his country in many capacities.

He was a patriot, statesman, ambassador, inventor, secretary of state, musician, two term president and the author of the Declaration of Independence.

He also founded the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, as well as being the author of Virginia's Act for Religious Freedom.
